Job Description
· An Appointment Coordinator fields calls and online inquiries from interested auto buyers. The representative's objective is to engage each potential client by answering their questions and setting them up for an appointment with our sales team.
Skills and Qualifications
· The ideal candidate has great interpersonal skills (in person, on the phone, and online), some customers service experience, and the ability to absorb knowledge of the automotive industry.
· You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. For certain tasks you will be given ample structure; other tasks will require you to provide your own initiative and organization.
· Previous sales experience and automotive knowledge is not required. Tech savvy is ideal, but training will be provided regardless!
· You must be open to learning new things and be flexible in terms of the type of work performed.
· You must be able to pass a drug test.
· You must have flexible hours.
